West Coast Rock Lobster (Jasus Lalandii) Lobster Tails:
Lobster from storage tanks are drowned, tailed, dewormed, chilled and drip dried, wrapped in clear plastic sheets, blast frozen, graded and packed in coded single cartons of 4.54kg net mass then transferred to cold storage.
Packaging: Standard packaging is 4.54kg / 10LB carton

- Number of units packed depends on the individual lobster mass
- Important to note is that an over-pack of 2.5% of declared mass is used for all product
